When I was a little girl, we lived next door to the library in what was, at that time, the Jobmann Nursing Home. I can remember Mrs. Palmer, the nice librarian, who put up with me when I’d pop in just to visit with her. I’ve heard that the nursing home building is to be converted into a larger library facility, and I wonder if that’s so and how that project is coming along.
